Please come to our first planning meeting - Monday, January
24, at 5:30 p.m., my house, 203 Lakeside Blvd., in Sugar Creek.
This is a most important meeting - and we need you all to attend. We are
facing a challenging year with a large amount of
students and we will need your help
This is the proposed agenda. If there are any
items you would like added to this agenda, please let me know

- Financial review by our Board Treasurer, Bill Stern
- Proposed budget for 2011
- Strategy for securing new storage space
- Proposed changes which could be made based on number of student applications
* Myriam's Closet
- Review of what we have available in inventory
* Lack of big size dresses that need to be purchased/how many
- Challenges faced last year - how can we improve/distribute workload
- Karen Sharfman has volunteered to take on
organizing the reception - we need more volunteers
- Need volunteers to set up/clean up/bring snacks for meetings.- find a venue
- Need volunteers to help with fitting day - set up/clean up/organize inventory
- Need fundraising assistance - find a grant writer (paid position - how much)
-Overview of what has been done since the fundraiser/update on possible
financial assistance
- Upcoming events - volunteers needed (February 5, fashion show partnering with
Kempner)
- Possible addition to our program (Mindy Gross to update)
Thank you all - this looks like a daunting agenda, but some of the items will
not take up a lot of time
